Waiver of Personal Appearance
What it is: the form that lets Martin appear in court on your behalf. In most traffic cases, you never have to show up or miss a day of work.

Community service proof & case documents.
If Martin negotiated a dismissal conditioned on community service or a driver improvement course, proof of completion must be provided to the law office as instructed, without delay. Deliver certificates at walk-in hours, by mail, or call the office for instructions. Course options are listed under Client Resources.
